Fitness Related Notices:

  1. Please make sure that you check with your doctor to ensure that you are in good physical health to attend fitness classes.

  2. Bring a change of shoes for the gym.

  3. What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Indoor runners

  • Yoga mat

  • Bath towel to cover your mat

  • Hand towel (if using a chair to put feet on)

  • 6 ft. Rep Bands are available for $5

  • Water bottle
