English Country Dance

Learn about the traditional dances of England, enjoyed by the villagers and the court dances enjoyed by the aristocracy from the 17th to the 19th centuries.  Moving to the hand clapping, toe tapping music, learning new formations and enjoying the sociability of the dance will brighten your day and exercise both mind and body.  

Fitness Related Notices:

  1. Please make sure that you check with your doctor to ensure that you are in good physical health to attend fitness classes.

  2. Bring a change of shoes for the gym.

  3. What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Indoor runners

  • Yoga mat

  • Bath towel to cover your mat

  • Hand towel (if using a chair to put feet on)

  • 6 ft. Rep Bands are available for $5

  • Water bottle
