Fitness Related Notices

​

  1. Please make sure that you check with your doctor to ensure that you are in good physical                                                        health to attend fitness classes

  2. Ensure we have your most up-to-date medical and emergency contact information

  3. What to bring:

  • A change of shoes for the gym

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Yoga mat (if required)

  • Hand towel (if using a chair to put feet on or using the Centre's Yoga Blocks)

  • 6 ft. Rep Bands are available for $5 (if required)

  • Water bottle
